After several months of exhaustive research and preparation the final plans were drawn up and approved, ground broke in 2008 and constructed Jan, 2009. 26 months later the Hyundai Phnom Penh Tower was completed with the certfication of completion in 30th of April, 2011.

PPT will provide final finished office space in various size, according to the requirement;
- Exterior Glasses & Wall Partition
- Finished celling (already install)
- Individual / self Air-conditioning controlling system, security protection, fire alarm & sprinkler system, Electronic Power connection, Internet & Telephone connection line-up under the floor tile (96 Each/Floor).
PPT will provide the full partition wall for corridor & boundary of leased area only. Internal partitions, if required, inside leased area are to be responsible of tenants.
Office Lease Zoning
- Size allocation of leased area are quite flexible according to demand, with 50-100m2 minimum size.
- The closed-dry walls between the tenants who not requires full floor would be installed by PPT.
