This district is the 2nd largest district in Phnom Penh, it is consists of the northern and north-western of Phnom Penh, stretching from the Khan Dangkor in the west to the Tonle Sap River in the east. The district has an area of 105.56 kmΒ² subdivided into 8 Communes/Sangkats and 30 Villages.Β
